1. Stop at Rocher Créole

Put your snorkeling gear on and go explore the under water life. Rocher Créole is one of the best place around the island to meet a wide variety of fishes.

Duration: 1:30 hours

 

2. Happy Bay

Happy bay is one of our favorite beaches with its intimate and quiet atmosphere. If you want to avoid crowded beaches, this is where to go! After a nice Kayak ride or a moment of stillness on the beach, enjoy our 4-course lunch in this peaceful paradise. It includes Mahi Mahi Tartare, Lobster, Duck Breast and many other locally sourced gourmet products. Paired with French wine.

3. Baie Longue

Located on the Western corner of Saint Martin is Baie Longue / Long Bay, this beach has a spectacular view. Enjoy the crystal clear waters, try out our kayak of paddle board or just sip on our of our signature cocktails.
