FAXINFO: WALKING / RUNNING: 100% SUCCESS FOR SAINT-MARTINOISE 2023
5KM FEMALE RACE
324 contestants participated in the eleventh edition of the 100% female sporting event last Saturday in the streets of Marigot.
The day started of with a collaborate warm-up before the contestants went out onto the streets. Everybody had the luxury of choosing their own speed during the race. There were three different events during the race; the mother-daughter duo, individual race or walk. All the woman crossed the finish line with great pride and were awarded with a certificate of congratulations for joining the race as well as raffle tickets for plane tickets among other things.
In the end, many entrants got all the adrenaline rush of competition in a Socca Fit/Zumba session with Leary, and it was an unforgettable moment. Avenir Sportif Club de Saint-Martin’s organizing team, led by Patrick Trival, thanked its sponsors and many volunteers who attended the highly anticipated ceremony. Congratulations everyone on this magical performance!
