Special Saudi Guests on St. Maarten
Once in a while, St. Maarten receives very special airplanes. And the very special combination with those planes flying over Maho Beach makes for great pictures. For example, the two times Concorde visited St. Maarten was big news.
The fact that ShowMe Caribbean has now installed a webcam with advanced technology allows for close recordings of unique planes passing by Princess Juliana International Airport.
And that results in interesting image like below recording of the Boeing 777-368/ER Saudia Airlines, plane number HZ-AK44. That is special as according to plane watchers on the Maho Beach Webcam channel, it is one of the first times a plane of this type lands on the SXM runway. In addition, Saudia airlines do not fly on St. Maarten so it must have pertained an exclusive charter.
