The St. Maarten Library marks its 100th year!
In 2022 the former Philipsburg Jubilee Library, now known as the St. Maarten Library celebrated its 99th anniversary with the unveiling of the new name, logo and website.
The Foresee Foundation recognizes the impact libraries has on society, by being sanctuaries of wisdom and fostering intellectual growth. Looking ahead the library is in the process of obtaining a new building which will be financed by the World Bank Trust Fund.
This will ensure the library’s commitment to the advancement of the community.
