No other event brings soul and R&B rhythm to the Caribbean like the Soul Beach Music Festival, and in 2025 it is taking place on St. Maarten! This popular event has become one of the most high-energy music festivals in the region, drawing top talent from the music and comedy industries, along with tourists from all over the world.
Taking place from May 21st till May 26th, you can enjoy 6 days of beach parties, concert nights and island memories. The lineup includes high-energy DJ sets, stand-up comedy, and outdoor concerts under the beautiful St. Maarten sky. With both the Dutch side and the French side adding their own flavor to the festivity, Soul Beach Music Festival 2025 will be an island-wide celebration.
Soul Beach Music Festival was established in 2000 with the goal of offering a lively space for people from all backgrounds to celebrate African-American culture via music, arts and entertainment. The event gained prominence over time, attracting huge crowds and featuring iconic artists like Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown, and Beyoncé, as well as stand-up comedy from top comedians.
As the festival expanded, it became a major element of the Caribbean culture. This year, Soul Beach Music Festival has changed locations, moving from Aruba to St. Maarten. The event is still a key celebration of African-American culture and has a long-lasting effect on Caribbean tourism and entertainment.
