Due to a restructuring of the Simpson Bay Lagoon, Jimbo’s Restaurant is currently closed – but it is our pleasure to announce that Jimbo’s will soon reopen a successor to his famed restaurant, receiving many celebrities on St. Maarten.

“Great Dining, Strong Drinks, Fun Atmosphere— Jimbo’s.” Big portions, great classic Rock and Blues, not to mention the gorgeous openair dining, surrounded by a freshwater pool, waterfalls and the only swim-up bar/restaurant on St. Maarten!
