Dawn Beach Club Resort

When coming from the Cupecoy direction, first pass through the Mullet Bay Golf Course towards Maho / PJIA Airport.

Follow the direction to Philipsburg from the Princess Juliana International Airport, Cupecoy or Maho area. Continue through the Simpson Bay district via the main road until the Kruythoff Roundabout. Take the road uphill along the Harold Jack view point. On the roundabout on the top of the hill, take the road going steep downhill left of the water silos. At the bottom of the hill, at the One Tete Lohkay Roundabout, turn right. Follow this road along the sea all the way until you reach Philipsburg. When in Philipsburg, follow the asphalt road and take the sharp turn to the left with the Great Bay Supermarket on your left. After 100 meters, turn right again towards the Great Salt Pond.

You are now at Pondfill or WJ Nisbeth Road, a stretched boulevard along Philipsburg and its famed salt pond. Keep following this road with the salt pond on your left hand side and Philipsburg on your right towards the end at the Freedom Fighter Monument roundabout.

Take a left at the roundabout. Keep following this road straight for ten to fifteen minutes, until it goes steep downhill and Oyster Bay appears. At the junction below, go right; the left goes over the French side border. Continue over the hill and after a steep slope downhill you see the entrance to the St Maarten JW Marriott Hotel and and Dawn Beach to your left.

How to get to Dawn Beach Club Resort from Marigot

When coming from Marigot, follow signage to Philipsburg. When over the border, continue through Cole Bay keeping the lagoon and causeway bridge on your right until you reach the Kruythoff roundabout. Turn left and see above instructions as of the roundabout

How to get to Dawn Beach Club Resort from Grand Case, Grand Case Airport SFG  or Orient Bay

When coming from the northeastern French Side, take the main road south bound until you reach French Quarter. When you reach the middle of this village turn left at the bakery. Follow this road for ten minutes, keeping beautiful landscapes and the binational Oyster Pond arsa on your left hand side until you reach the border. Right after you cross the border, go left towards the Oyster Bay peninsula. Pass by the entrance of the peninsula and keep following the road over the hill to your right. The Dawn Beach / JW Marriott resort unfolds itself on your left hand side.

Parking and buses to Dawn Beach

Dawn Beach resort has ample parking space both inside the resort gates.

No public buses reach Dawn Beach; the closest by is the bus station at Emmaplein, Philipsburg.
